房間很小，都沒有椅子，比起以前同價位的酒店和民宿真的差很多。廁所的地漏不好，滲水很慢，因為高於房間地面，還會流到房間來。房間裏有蚊子，電蚊香都殺不死。房間所處的樓層設計很奇怪，房間很小，幾個房間挨在一起，空出來的地方擺了一台麻將桌，晚上將近12點了突然來了幾個人打麻將，把我吵醒了，因為第二天要考試，起來告誡了他們以後，他們過了十多分鐘才收。然後他們就換到了房間裏，隔音很不好，還是吵。好不容易到了早上，他們又很早起來。我這一晚上真的煩死了。唯一的優點就是床品還行了，以及前台服務還可以。

這家店是我旅遊到過服務最差勁👎🏻的一家，沒有之一，酒店根本不提供發票，幾次三番理由一堆不開票，衞生條件實在受不了，噁心，住一晚身體不舒服各種癢，

衞生還是挺乾淨的，房間無異味，我訂的便宜的，窗户也有但是就是挨着牆的，也看不到外面！
優勢性價比可以，有電梯，離景區近，需要改善的是網絡，衹有兩個網線連接，非常不穩定，對於網絡需求大的慎重考慮，我就是堆了一千多張照片沒有上傳，直接原因就是無線網絡差

房間乾淨衞生，服務周到，灑店位置方便離南嶽汽車站三百米左右，周邊小吃，早餐，夜宵非常方便，去南嶽裏，景區步行都是十來分鐘，下次來南嶽再來
