每個月都回衡陽看望老父親，已經把衡陽的好酒店住了個遍，沒想到還是發現了這家寶藏酒店，此行入住酒店碰到了善解人意、體貼用心的工作人員小宋，不僅在入住前瞭解我的入住需求和喜好，還給升級了房間，入住後積極聯繫我，瞭解入住感受，細節到提醒我房間wifi，出門記得掃停車碼，還有每天變換的水果。哪怕她不當班，微信諮詢她事情，她都第一時間回覆我，積極聯繫同事來解決我的問題。雖説酒店的硬件，位置，服務都是衡量我是否下次入住的標準，但是我覺得這些符合的同時，酒店有像小宋這樣把住客的一切需求都放在對待上帝的視角，全心全意地服務住客，一定是我下次入住貴酒店的首要理由。要表揚另一點是酒店門口有工作人員會主動來開門，幫忙拿推車和行李，這個在衡陽酒店真的少見了。表揚一下酒店早餐，每天的炒菜都有變化，不會千篇一律，餐廳的送餐服務體驗感也很好，菜口味不錯，工作人員送餐收餐也很熱情利索，希望下次入住還能感受一樣。

The hotel lobby is elegant and extraordinary, and the transportation is convenient. Xiao Xiang at the front desk checked in quickly and efficiently, and also helped to upgrade the room. While waiting, Miss Shu Yi immediately brought hot tea, which instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. After arriving in the room, the unique style and cleanliness make people feel comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, and the smart facilities are all available. The voice control is super convenient. The high-end products such as Lefen hair dryer and smart toilet show the boss's good taste. What's more surprising is that the hotel also includes three meals, breakfast, supper, and afternoon tea, which are delicious and exquisite. This stay experience is perfect, and I can't wait to come again next time!
