Indifferent staff on reception . Took your name and pointed to the corridor. No conversation even when I had to return as the keycard was not working. Room was clean and bed comfortable but the glazed over window on opening looked into a space full of chairs. The information should have stated there was no outlook from the room. Evening meal choice was disappointing and the spelling on the dessert menu needs attention. Tarte au Citroen and Eaton Mess !!!! Self service breakfast was good. My husband became unwell and so we left after one night. On handing in the key to say we were leaving the young lady just accepted the key and her only comment was that there was no refund as we had booked in advance. -I had not asked for that. Altogether a very disappointing stay

Free parking space but if you get there late. It was little hard to find. Breakfast was good for staying few nights.
