The room environment is clean and tidy, the hotel is strategically located, the transportation is convenient, it is very suitable for business travel and living, the overall feeling is very satisfactory, and I will choose if I have the opportunity in the future.

Excellent location and right next to a large mall / train station, one stop away from city centre. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast!

This time I stayed in Helsinki for two nights and took a trip to Kuopio (a city in northeastern Finland). It is very convenient to live here. It is next to the train station and a relatively large shopping mall. It is very convenient to go to the city and the airport. , the distance is not very far.

Choosing a hotel near the train station is a great option for convenient travel. The breakfast was fantastic, and having two connecting rooms was very practical. The hotel staff were also incredibly nice.

We stayed at Scandic Grand Central Helsinki and loved its unbeatable location — it’s right next to the central train station, which is super convenient for travelers. The room was decent in size, and we really appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet, which was a nice touch. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as it didn’t feel properly cleaned upon check-in. The biggest downside was the hotel’s accessibility — there’s no shortcut or direct access for guests to reach the train station, so we had to walk all the way around every time. Moreover, the main entrance doesn’t have a ramp, which made it very inconvenient for guests with strollers or heavy luggage. We had to take a side lift to get in, which was quite troublesome. Overall, great location but disappointing accessibility design.

Very comfortable

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the central train station and within walking distance to all the city's popular attractions. The room layout is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide range of dining options. The service and staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming! We especially enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which was open until 10pm, allowing us to enjoy dinner at the end of a day of sightseeing, and the food was delicious. We ate in the restaurant three times during our three night stay at the hotel, as the food was really excellent and the very professional staff there, Carina, was very friendly and welcoming. Great location, breakfast was good and they offer drinks and snacks in the reception area for everyone throughout the day . We were lucky to get a room upgrade upon arrival, view was lovely and it was the perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and all main attractions were close by .
