Very clean! Beautiful surroundings! However location is a drive from any shops or activities. Also, you aren’t allowed to wear shoes inside the building. Limited amount of skippers available.

It is a hotel in the horse farm. The room is very clean. I slept with the cats in the horse farm for one night. I recommend it.

Located in a very beautiful site. It offers easy access to all the locations along the south coast but also to the southern part of the gold circle. The staff was really polite and friendly. The room was basic but very clean. The absence of a luggage stand and a cettle were the main disadvantages.

A charming place, far away but you find great service and attention there, they are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and the cleaning is very good, the breakfast is very complete and varied, they have a coffee maker at any time, I really recommend it

We had a lovely time.....very relaxing....loved engaging with the horses, and we loved the views our cabin was a bit small for family of 4 adults.....but okay for a few days. The location Waa remote but only a 20min drive to shops

Clean, unappealing furniture, no local charm. Room 3 had no Wi-Fi, we had to go to the lobby to get a signal. I was told connection works mainly in lobby/restaurant. Not great when you need to check with home or work. Also, no view from room, a wall and yard. I spotted horses from restaurant window. An email the day before arrival offering pre-order full meal for 7000 ISK per person ($48). In my confirmation email, pre-order dinner was listed as €40/$38. Not sure why the price difference so we declined. (see photo) Breakfast was good except there is a set staff table near the buffet where they sit and talk during breakfast. Kind of a weird feeling being watched. Maybe if you only need a place to sleep, this works. I hear the cabins are nice. There were too many discomforts for us.

The views from the guesthouse were absolutely phenomenal. The guesthouse itself was so well stocked with thoughtful items like cooking oils, Keurig machine, towel warmer, etc. We made our own dinner and ate at the picnic table outside our house and watched the horses and the sunset. It was so serene and magical.

fabulous place especially with children. we stayed 4 nights in one of the cottages with a view of the volcanoes... what can I say... fabulous place, quiet with horses just a stone's throw away, the joy of our children. spacious, clean cottages with kitchen equipped with fridge, 2 induction hobs, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. bathroom with sulphurous water. Spacious living room with view of the volcanoes. peace and relaxation. there is also an outside table at the entrance. The staff is made up of really kind and friendly Italian guys. buffet dinner 7000 isk and breakfast 2500 isk, but we took advantage of our own kitchen. in the room there is a very useful booklet with the sites of interest and relative distances. good base for the south to see as far as vik and also the golden circle attractions. possibility of horseback riding. highly recommended for families
