Keine Kulanz, kein Service – sehr enttäuschend! Ich bin absolut enttäuscht vom Umgang dieses Hauses mit Gästen. Ich hatte eine Reservierung, die ich aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen verschieben wollte – keine Chance. Also blieb mir nur die Stornierung, aber auch hier: keinerlei Entgegenkommen, keine Rückerstattung, keine Gutschrift – nichts! Stattdessen bekam ich nur eine knappe Standardantwort: "Nicht-Storno Reservierung wird nicht erstattet." Für ein Hotel, das sich als hochwertig und serviceorientiert präsentiert, ist das ein Armutszeugnis. So geht man nicht mit zahlenden Gästen um. Für mich war das definitiv das letzte Mal – Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus.

Die Angestellten sind das Herz des Hotels. Vom Empfang an der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zur Frühstücksbetreuung waren alle herzlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir haben sehr lecker im Restaurant gegessen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, das Bad modern. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen am Berg über dem Schloss, allerdings ist der Weg in die Altstadt zu Fuss sehr anstrengend. Es bleiben nur Auto oder die Bergbahn (bis 20 Uhr).

wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrung und schlechter Service. Das Essen ist auch nicht gut. Das äußere Bild ist nicht so gut wie das Bild. Der Preis entpricht nicht der Qualität und ich möchte nie wieder dorthin zurückkehren und würde es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Beetje vergane glorie, restaurant was gesloten, vervoer naar het dorp beneden stopt om 20:00 uur. Dus daar moet je rekening mee houden. Wel voldoende parkeerplek, kleine overvolle kamer , geen airco, ontbijt was echt het geld niet waard, personeel doet wat het moet doen, maar ook niet meer. Geen herhaling voor ons
