非常棒，可以俯瞰整個海德堡，而且陽台往上看就是城堡，走上去差不多15分鐘左右，也可以坐免費bus，就在酒店門口，非常便利。
樓下就是很好吃的德國餐廳，可以試試

This was our first stay as we arrived to Germany. Beautiful view from our hotel room and friendly & helpful staff. They accommodated my husband's gluten intolerance with gluten free bread at breakfast. It took us one hour to find the parking garage to the hotel as the GPS got very confused and we were trying to figure out the road signs. We ended up driving on one-way streets and thru the marketplace. Very "European Vacation" experience :-) . The hotel needs to make more effort in providing directions. Once we arrived, great location to the market square and near the castle. It was extremely hot during our stay and unfortunately the hotel did not accommodate guests with a fan or free water. The Marketplace, shopping and restaurants are wonderful!

CAUTION…this hotel has NO AIR CONDITIONING !!! Yes, buyer beware, I get it; but to not make that condition known in their ad is deceptive!!! Chic at the counter would not compensate for a medical condition that demands no exertion and no stress. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel. Down the river we found Panorama Hotel, on the river, priced less, room twice as large as Am Schloss, beautiful condition, gorgeous bathroom, parking on site, free breakfast and an on site hotel bar…..air conditioned!
