What a coincidence. I came to the hotel and found out that I had stayed there 7 years ago. Very, very good. This is what motivated me to come to Heidelberg. Breakfast was perfect. The front desk helped make reservations for a good on-board restaurant for dinner.

I love the location and the view of the castle from the room. The staff are very friendly and they clean the room everyday. Most of all I enjoyed all the complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast is also amazing.

We stayed for a few nights to visit the Christmas markets. It was amazing!! We stayed in room 21, which had a sitting room and a tremendous view of the Castle. Staff was helpful and friendly. And, the breakfast is outstanding--fresh fruit, avocados, made to order eggs and lovely breads. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels we have every stayed at and we would happily stay again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

Wir waren nach 2012 zum zweiten Mal da und haben es nicht bereut. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit war absolut top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war für unseren Geschmack reichhaltig und bot alles, was man morgens benötigt.
