The hotel's location is superb. Subway station right to the corner. Mini market next to the main entrance. Within walking to Huaihe pedestrian street and Bao Garden. The breakfast serve at the revolving restaurant on the top floor with 360° view is the bonus for guests.

There are many parking lots, free parking, professional front desk service, and free help with upgraded rooms. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, large windows, and a makeup mirror. The breakfast dishes are delicious and varied, with convenient location and transportation.

This hotel is located in the city center. It has a grand appearance and is very close to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to travel. Xiao Li, the receptionist at the front desk, was enthusiastic and patient. It is also equipped with a robot to deliver food. The room is not large but has a reasonable layout. Even if it is a room facing the road, it is still good to have double-glazed soundproofing. The service is attentive. It’s a really great hotel. I’ll stay here again next time! Like, like, like!

The room was well arranged, the hotel staff was very friendly, there weren't many places to eat nearby but it wasn't far from the subway. The only pity was that the breakfast cakes and bread were a bit too sweet, and the juice was directly poured from bottled concentrated juice, but the rest was pretty good.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool was large had the right temperature. The gym is spacious with all the right equipment. Morning breakfast was excellent choices. If you are a runner there are two parks nearby to run. Use the motorbike lanes to run for in the early morning.

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

A good 4-star level hotel. Good breakfast, good amenities including a gym and a swimming pool. Located not far away from the Hefei South railway station, but a bit far away from the closest underground (will be fixed when a new line is completed). Overall good value for money.

I went on a business trip to Hefei, and many of my client companies were in Feixi County, so Ctrip booked this hotel, which I felt was good. After two days, I could give it a satisfaction score of more than 90 points👍. First of all, the hotel should be the best near Feidong County. With the Hilton brand, it is guaranteed in all aspects. First, the room is large enough, including the bathroom. Second, the room is clean and comfortable, and the decoration feels new. The hardware facilities are in place, including smart toilets, etc. The service attitude is very good, from the front desk to the cleaners to the breakfast chefs. The breakfast buffet is also good, with all the Chinese and Western breakfasts, and the taste is also okay. It is a very recommended local hotel, and the price is also moderate, with a very good cost performance. If I have to make some suggestions, it may be that it would be better if there is a small freezer in the room (of course, the service immediately arranged one when I raised the demand, thank you🙏), the only thing is that the sound insulation seems to have some problems, and I can vaguely hear the conversation next door when I sleep. In short, it is a very recommended local hotel, and I will definitely stay here again in the future👍
