Hefei Hotels with Airport pickup service

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

Located very close to Hefei Station which is great. If you arrive into south station then you’ll need a Didi or the metro. Not as traditional/old fashioned as other Hilton suites in China but still a very nice room as a decent price. The lounge was good and the bar on the 3rd floor had nice staff working behind the bar

It was a great birthday celebration, our first stay at The Langham Hefei and definitely not our last! Reception staff and the Club Lounge staff were all excellent, very efficient and professional. Room 3406 was well appointed, very clean and good smelling even if it was a smoking room. Cocktail hour at the club lounge was great, very good selection of food and alcoholic drinks. Breakfast at Seasons has a good spread of local and Western food. Looking forward to more stays! We

Seamless check in and was introduced to a personal butler LeLe for the duration of our stay. He was extremely helpful and attentive to our requests such as late request for special buckwheat and cassia seed pillows (highly recommended for good sleep). He also gave useful tips about getting around town. Having wechat communication with LeLe helped us feel welcome, with a friend in Hefei and well looked after. 🤗⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🤗

We loved staying here! The space is gorgeous, great location by the mall, and super family friendly! Also really great pool.

The hotel environment is very good, full of greenery, and it is simply a scenic spot-level green plant maintenance. The room is also very comfortable and happy. The lobby manager Li Xueli is very meticulous in service and provides services at any time according to the needs of the guests. I feel at home. If I don’t have a meal during my stay, I can help pack it. The swimming pool is also free for guests staying in the hotel. After staying for two days, I feel that the overall cost-effectiveness is very high, and I recognize the hotel’s environment and services 👍

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei. Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms. Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!! Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. Guests service in the steak restaurant on the first floor were very attentive and friendly during our lunch and foods were excellent. Lifeguard at the pool was really attentive and communicative with caution. Location of the hotel is very convenient to we’re you can buy some food or go around and to have some drinks. It’s about 800 meters away from the food streets.

Just happened to encounter the hotel decoration. The bathroom is a bit small and the toilet is low on the bathroom door. The quality of the toilet is not good, the toilet seat is thin plastic. Breakfast is OK, rich in variety. Good location.
