房間大小正好，不侷促，該有的都有。表揚一下熱水，一開即熱，水又大又熱，洗澡非常舒服。
地理位置也非常方便，對面就是吾悦廣場，吃吃喝喝很方便，小朋友遊樂設施也不少。
整體衞生，服務都不錯，性價比很高，下次還會來。

合肥海滙假日酒店用最暖心最優質的服務送給我們2025年新年最最感動的禮物🎁，為了第二天早上不耽誤出發時間，貓寶貝頭一天半夜帶到房間，第二天準備退房時突然發現貓寶貝不見了，在求助了前台後，前廳部張永紅經理立即給查了監控，保安部劉晨不厭其煩，到房間和樓下平台多次查找，我們從擔憂到心痛絕望，工作人員一直安撫着我們的情緒，兩個多小時後在衞生間角落牆壁裏找到了，可是除非破拆不然根本看不到，張永紅經理絲毫沒猶豫立即打電話通知工程部帶工具來破拆救援，程建春和許玉付師傅趕到後全程趴在衞生間地面上開展工作，最後有驚無險。
9點到11點，酒店早上最忙的時段，前廳部，客房部，保安部，工程部……沒有責備，沒有冷漠，海滙假日酒店的張永紅，劉晨，程建春，許玉付用最暖心的服務送我們踏上温暖歸家的路途。
