房間非常好，空間寬闊，設備齊全，而且由於靠近翡翠湖，酒店整體非常安靜。但是早餐實在是難評，在這個檔次的酒店中有點讓人失望，但總體來説適合居住。大堂經理孫學菲也很熱情，總體服務周到

地處翡翠湖，周圍環境，注意是周圍環境，絕對一流，酒店綠茵環繞，非常好，久周邊環境而言，滿分！但是，酒店設施，外邊看着不錯，內部不堪，設施老舊，像上世紀90年代的感覺，前台沒有服務人員，晚點就下班了，房間內有藏在櫃子裏的斷電的冰箱，有床頭沖不了電的插座，還有無人套袋子的垃圾桶，以及，一個房裡一雙特別厚重的拖鞋，太厚重了！房間分佈在不同的樓，樓內同時有婚宴廳。也許是國有開發或產權國有？樓內空間浪費嚴重，有的樓層過道頭頂板材都脱落了。建議來這邊玩得可以找工大那邊的酒店，這個酒店性價比真的一般般。強烈不推薦。

雖然是老牌五星酒店，設施已經不太新。但酒店坐擁風景優美的翡翠湖，停車方便，環境空氣特別清新，員工服務意識很強，房間服務和衞生都很到位。自助早餐品種豐富、口味也不錯。尤其是孫學菲經理的貼心服務和關心讓我們非常開心。下次來合肥一定還是首選翡翠湖迎賓館。
