Hotels with Breakfast in Hefei

The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

The SSAW hotel in Hefei is my number one destination. I love everything about this place from the staff at the reception when I arrive to the confort of my room to the location of the place. I always have my breakfast at the hotel. I am very traditional with my choices but the restaurant offers a variety of food. Thank you again for a great stay Annie Clouâtre

Located very close to Hefei Station which is great. If you arrive into south station then you’ll need a Didi or the metro. Not as traditional/old fashioned as other Hilton suites in China but still a very nice room as a decent price. The lounge was good and the bar on the 3rd floor had nice staff working behind the bar

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

the hotel was nice. Its a bit far from the downtown but nearby you have some metro station. hotel was clean and the studff was very kind. also they helped with my luggages and they called me a taxi

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei. Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms. Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!! Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. Guests service in the steak restaurant on the first floor were very attentive and friendly during our lunch and foods were excellent. Lifeguard at the pool was really attentive and communicative with caution. Location of the hotel is very convenient to we’re you can buy some food or go around and to have some drinks. It’s about 800 meters away from the food streets.

I am very satisfied with the hotel service. The location is quiet and convenient for parks, shopping malls, entertainment and travel. The room is clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity. The environment is comfortable and you can rest quietly at night.

I came to Hefei on a business trip and a three-day conference was arranged here, so I naturally chose to stay in this hotel. We booked an executive king room and checked in relatively early. The hotel front desk upgraded us to a suite for free. Now the room is larger🤪 The hotel is overall good, with convenient transportation, convenient parking, complete surrounding facilities, rich breakfast varieties, complete room facilities, and timely cleaning🫰🏻 The only thing that didn’t feel good was that the air conditioner was not turned on for some reason for the first two days, but it was finally turned on on the third day. Fortunately, I have been staying in Wuhan and Nanjing for a long time, so I am more resistant to heat 😂 Objectively speaking, it is a good value for money hotel👍
