The room had a great view.

Has stayed a few times here, always preferred to stay here because of the access to a kitchen and laundry. However, this experience is the worst I had. Was sick during one of the days (had diahorrea and fever) and one of the days there, the water was out, couldn't flush the toilet. Called reception but couldn't get to them so waited from early to late morning to get the plumbing fixed. Next, the light dropped and water started seeping out when I on the aircon. Had just walked passed the cooridor so fortunately missed it if not the light would have hitted my head.

Half of the time I stayed in this hotel was spent moving. The experience was terrible. The first day we checked in was at night. We found that the air conditioner was broken. We found the hotel staff on duty and they told us that there was no way to fix it. They gave us a small heater that could only cover the surrounding area of less than one meter. They also said that it could not be used for a long time, only three or four hours, and it must be turned off after that to prevent fire. The next day, we contacted the front desk and they said that it could not be repaired on weekends and someone would come to repair it on Monday. So we asked to change rooms, but no, there were no rooms today. Then we asked to change rooms tomorrow, and the hotel said that we had to wait until 11:00 noon to see if there were any rooms. If we wanted to change rooms, we had to ensure that we could not go out after 11:00. So the children stayed and prepared to change rooms. When we came back at night, we saw that the room had been changed and we were given a room without a living room. It was too small, and there was not enough space to open 3 pieces of luggage. And the next morning, we found that the curtains were divided into three halves and could not be closed, leaving a lot of gaps. We had to negotiate again, but the hotel ignored us. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip customer service for help. Ctrip was very helpful. Not only did they change us to a bigger room in the next two days, but they also unilaterally gave me some compensation. In a word, without Ctrip's efforts to coordinate for two days, we would have suffered a lot in this hotel where Indian service staff were everywhere. Just changing rooms was exhausting (there were a lot of luggage, and we had to pack and tidy up and down every time we changed rooms). In addition, the faucet either couldn't be turned on or kept leaking after it was turned on, and we had to use extra force to turn it off. Thank you Ctrip!

I arrived early in the morning, left my luggage, and checked in at 2 o'clock. The room was large and the kitchen was clean, which was nice. The facilities were a bit old, but there were dishes, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven, so it was good for cooking. The location was right in the middle, so it was a 30-minute walk to anywhere. The tram and the mart were within a 5-minute walk, so I was completely satisfied and had a good time.

The hotel is located in the city center, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the main attractions in the city, such as the Sydney Opera House and the Botanical Gardens. The room is fully equipped with induction cookers, microwave ovens, etc. It is clean and tidy. The front desk service attitude is good.

For example, the dryer is great, it dries very dry, warm and soft. 2. The location is excellent, close to the city attractions. 3. The young beautiful waitress at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient, and she also prepared toys for my baby, which was very nice! The downside is that we are on the second floor, there is a short flight of stairs to walk, and it is a little inconvenient to carry the suitcase. The furniture in the living room of the room is a little old. i

Clean, well located near public transport

The kitchen in the room is too small, which reduces the cost-effectiveness. But it is located at the midpoint between Museum Railway Station and Central Railway Station, so it is convenient to take the T8 train to Sydney Airport (both train stations are within 10 minutes' walk).

The room location is very good. There is a big Coles supermarket and a relatively large Asian supermarket in the World Center. It is walking distance to the Central Station. There is also a coffee machine in the room, which is very good. The only drawback is that the hotel Wi-Fi is very unstable. Some mobile phones can't connect to it. There is no tissue provided.
