Nothing to shout about. It's low season.. quite empty.. regular stop over for 1 day or so,.... For for there is not much in that area.. You either walk about 800eter to center ot behind Talat Mai area about 400 meter back.. again.. there maiy be limited choices if you stay longer period... Most time I get a Taxi out for dinner else where where there are better choices .. New Restaurant retrofitted old building in center...

You will know how to choose by looking at the pictures, especially the first curtain which cannot be closed. The sunlight is glaring in the early morning. It can be described as shabby. The wash basin is installed in the shower area and is not useful at all.

Hotel centrally located to local amenities. Room clean but little dated. Overall, it was short stay, just place to sleep.

The hotel hallways are very dingy, the room window does not close as the window latch is missing, the window has no screen, so you could not open the window without having the room full of mosquitos. The AC is not easy to use and dry the room very quickly, we stayed for a week after 4 days, I became very ill, developed sour throat , cold, and full flu, and remaining days I simply tried to stay alive without dying in this hotel.

Check-in and check out was easy with no deposit. Friendly reception staffs. Only one small lift is available and takes a while. Out dated designed rooms and bath but spacious. No toiletries available. An air purifier is available. Water heaters have heating issues which need to be looked at. Unsecured wi-fi system. The location is a 15 minute walk to good eateries ( ie. Lee gardens). 7-11 is around the corner outside the hotel. Difficult to get tuk-tuk unless you book a grab ride.
