I had a wonderful stay at Signature Airport Hotel Hatyai. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The location is perfect for travelers, with easy access to the airport, yet still peaceful and quiet. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast selection and the prompt room service. Overall, the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hatyai

The hotel design made me relax and very clean, the room is spacious and the staffs are kind and explain everything are very detail! I have an exercise in the gym room even is not big but the equipments are enough for you work out every part of body and the view you can see the swimming pool and the beautiful garden outside, listen the music by my own is totally relaxed. The Cafe shop just next the hotel, must go to take a rest. The breakfast have a lot of kind of food and you must grab some what you like. It’s recommended stay and come again 🙌🏽

I love this hotel. It is a little out of the Hat Yai city, near the airport. The hotel is modern and nice. The prices are worth every penny. Parking is near and ample. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and variety. Still remember the best thai tea I had in this hotel. Furthermore, this hotel is attached with Amazon Cafe. You can have your coffee anytime. Every angle of this hotel also Instagrammable. Highly recommended this hotel to a traveller with family like me.

Beautiful hotel and good staff.

Close to Hatyai airport. A van is provided for guests from 7 am. To 8 pm and it is free. All staff are nice polite helpful. The room is clean. For breakfast, it is many kind of food and drink.

The place was good and convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. If I want to suggest is the pressure of the bathroom.

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Signature Hotel. Staff are very helpful with guests. One setback is the distance to the main downtown. Perhaps, the hotel could provide some sort of a ferry service to downtown at some intervals. This will be good for guests who don't have their own transportation. Other than that, everything was up to expectations. I would gladly recommend Signature Hotel to others if they planned to visit Hatyai. Another compliment I would like to give is to the front desk staff who recommended to me a Grab driver who brought us around for sight seeing. We are very fortunate to have the services of Mr Chat, car number 6958 who gave us a very good service during the tour. A very knowledgeable and courteous driver. As we would be looking forward to visiting Hatyai again, hopefully the transportation options could be considered "

Breakfast is good , but location is a bit far from town. For those whom want to go to town or shopping mall, need to drive themselves or taxi.

Simple for airport hotel. But you can consider ok, can improve more

Food at the Sawa restaurant was nice although the buffet is more tailored to a local cuisine palate rather than an international buffet. The facilities are nice and modern and the rooms are spacious. The only downside here is that we found the beds to be dusty which triggered some allergies amongst my children.

Service is bad, front office and crew are a disaster . Worst team to end my Thailand tour. Thanks to this hotel.
