The whole hotel is dirty and run down. Don't trust the photos which must have been taken at least 5 years ago. The rooms aren't exactly clean, especially the bathroom. The walls are filthy and nothing looks like it's been cared for. The lift is the only realistic way to upper floors unless you want to use the dirtiest, dodgiest set of external stairs I've ever seen. No thank you. The cherry on the top was when I asked for a recommendation for a good massage (frankly all the places nearby look dodgy) and was told they would send a lady to my room; 400 1 hour spa massage. It was the worst massage experience I've ever had, the woman wanted to charge 700, not 400 as I'd agreed. She was so bad I told her to stop after 15 minutes and between her and the receptionist they tried to charge me 400 for less than 20mins. Do not trust them. Don't give them your money. Go somewhere else.

Overbook and they change us to their partner hotel, We Resident Hotel which is like 3km from Lee Garden.
They provide 1 return way tuk tuk as compensation. However, it is still inconvenient to us.
