The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air, ventilated on all sides, and a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There is a free guided tour of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The hardware in the room is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Amazing property with extremely caring and loving people around. Spa is very well maintained and has professional therapist. Kids play area, indoor badminton and gym is an add-on. They also have uninterrupted wifi internet service for people who want to work. Executive Chef Mr. Gobu does majic with his hands! Happy to suggest this resort for everyone who wants to experience the real meaning of Hospitality!

We had a truly memorable stay at Rosetta. Set amidst a sprawling 100-acre lush green estate surrounded by coffee plantations, the property offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and relaxation. It’s an ideal destination for anyone looking to unwind in a serene and refreshing environment. The hospitality was exceptional — warm, attentive, and especially thoughtful towards families with young children. We felt genuinely cared for, which allowed us to enjoy the experience without any worries. Dining at Rosetta was another highlight. Teatro, the main restaurant, was spacious and vibrant, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes across cuisines — there was something for everyone. For a quieter and more relaxed vibe, we enjoyed the hi-tea experience at Amish, a calm and peaceful setting that's perfect for unwinding in the late afternoon. Overall, Rosetta provided the perfect balance of natural beauty, comfort, and outstanding service. We left feeling refreshed and already look forward to returning. Highly recommended for both couples and families!

The resort was a 100 acre property. The landscaping, humbleness of staff, food, rooms were big etc were very good. We really loved our stay at the resort. There was activity centre where children can play games and badminton court, TT, Pool for elders. Mr.Rathan took us to tour of plantation and explained the different varities of coffee and other trees and their characteristics. We really loved it. There was duck and fish feeding activity which my child lover it. Food was very good. Room was very big. Mr Mallick chef was very humble.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Rosetta deserves one. From the second we arrived, the staff made us feel like old friends coming home—not in an overbearing way, but with genuine warmth and just the right amount of attention. The rooms? Absolutely gorgeous. Spacious, clean, and designed in a way that just works—none of that awkward hotel layout struggle. The bed was so comfortable I nearly canceled our morning plans just to lounge a little longer. And the views? Waking up to misty hills with a cup of coffee in hand? Yes, please. What really made the stay special, though, was how effortless everything felt. The food (oh, the food!) was fresh and delicious—no underwhelming "resort buffet" vibes here. The staff remembered little preferences, like how I like my chai or that my friend is obsessed with their homemade jam. Small touches, but they add up. If you’re looking for a place that’s luxurious but doesn’t feel stuffy, peaceful but never boring, Rosetta nails it. Left feeling spoiled—and already planning my next trip back. 10/10 would recommend to anyone (especially if you’re a breakfast person).

This amazing and calm property is a must-visit destination. The vibes, activities, and everything else are just awesome. Whether you’re a family, a couple, friends, or even a solo traveler, you can enjoy this property. Especially if you have a kid then this place is good. You can take him to play area which is very interesting place for your kid.

Very comfortable weekend at Rosetta. Impressed by the smiling hospitality across the hotel heirarchy. Excellent food and overall ambience. Ideal gate-away from the hustle bustle of metropolitan life. Very cooperative and friendly service in all segments
