I recently stayed at Nikhara Estates Resorts and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy with fresh linens, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. It’s a good choice for short trips or business visits.

Rooms are good. Staff is excellent. Nice service. Nice place to visit. There was a problem because there is no food. No hot water catle. And no iron box. Good nature . Other than that everything was fine.

*Good place to come and enjoy with your friends and family. *Have all indoor games including carrom, chess, tt table , have a room with all games where you can play. * camp fire at night good ,but in open air theater music not played. *The food is also good taste. * Staff is really good and friendly. *Rooms ,bed ,washroom Cleanness is very good. *Room have a glass windows for outside nature seen is very nice, I liked. *overall place, rooms, foods, are really liked.

Horrible place.emty rooms, no food avilable.scary place...had worst experience of my life...have booked through agoda online platform by paying full amount .. after reaching the spot we are surprised to see only one care taker and one house keeping at resort with no food facility then we could not stay there and lost booking amount 😭

I wish I could give zero stars to this hotel, but unfortunately, I'm forced to give one star purely for the helpfulness of the staff. Beyond that, this was the most horrendous experience I've ever had at a hotel. The moment I arrived, I realized that my wife and I were the only guests at the resort, which was terrifying and unsettling. 3-feet long grass, and slippery green algae all around. The entire place felt abandoned and neglected for months (Please see the pictures for yourselves and be the judge). Only two staff members were present, and while they were helpful, their assistance couldn’t make up for the disastrous state of the hotel. The lack of basic amenities was appalling. There was no electricity or water, making it impossible to have a comfortable stay. The place was infested with spiders and insects, adding to the nightmarish experience. The bedding and plates were filthy and unhygienic, and to top it off, water seeped into the room all night due to the rain. It was utterly miserable and unacceptable. The entire property was in disrepair, unmanaged, and uninhabitable. For a room that cost INR 3,495, this was an absolute rip-off. The resort’s (very remote) location on the outskirts with limited nearby hotels only added to the helplessness of the situation. In summary, this hotel is an absolute disaster. The one star is solely for the staff, who did their best in a hopeless situation. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your sanity and well-being.
