I was actually quite shocked by how nice the room turned out to be. The toilet was a bit tiny, but probably because the shower was HUMONGOUS. The toilet was actually quite loud tho, not going to lie. But the bed was clean and smelled like roses. The chair was a bit dirty thought, but we didn’t need to use the desk or the chair. The staff were okay, tho. The breakfast took forever though, because everyone wanted to get pancakes and it took 3 minutes for one pancake to be made, and almost everyone wanted 2 pancakes. I recommended them buying one or two more pancake machines, because boy are they a big hit!!

When we checked in, we were told there was construction going on. I asked what time it started in the morning and was told 8 a.m.. when they were still working at 6 PM, I called the desk and asked what time they would be stopping and she said about another hour. They were still banging at 8 PM. At 6:30 AM. They must’ve started bringing in supplies because there was banging again. The ice machine on our floor was broken as was the soda machine. The soda machine on the first floor was broken as well. The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because the young man who was working the desk went to get me soda out of a machine that was locked for some reason. Otherwise, it would definitely be one star.

Absolutely gross needles sticking out of lampshade every thing filthy floors not even vacuumed this place has not been cleaned in years. Has fresh paint on the outside but inside is a whole different story. No elevator for any disabled person. Should be investigated by the corporation that it represents it’s giving your Brand a bad name avoid this place

Absolutely adequate. Pretty exceptional value. Great staff. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Good coffee. Seems clean enough although a bit dingy and dated. Slept well. Minor power glitches. A bit of rust and stains. Missing light bulbs. Lots of recessed lights with missing covers. The sign says new rooms. Booked with the Choice app, and our room was not new. Would have thought that a direct booking would merit the better rooms if there are any.

This is an excellent motel. Our accessible room had a comfy bed, good A/C, very clean, plenty ice. Very good breakfast with waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, toast, cereal, apples, oranges. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. This hotel seemed a bit dated, even though the rooms in the Sleep Inn hotels are essentially the same. The hotel is smoke-free, which is excellent as I am allergic to cigarette smoke. The price was an exceptional value for what we received. The hotel staff, however, were not present. Personally, I rate this hotel 4/5 for service, cleanliness, friendliness, and value.

This was an old but comfortable room, very good for the price. Friendly staff, had a small breakfast, room had a TV channel guide and electric outlets near bed and desk. My only complaint was there was no working ice machine, however, the desk agent gave me a limited amount of ice from the refrigerator. Seems lack of ice machine is a problem at lower price Choice Hotels.

Clean lobby, efficient check in. Clean room, good A/C, good internet speed Fridge, microwave, coffee in room. All good. Bed was very comfortable, as was the whole room (king size bed). Lots of parking. And lots of a e nearby to the hotel. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this Sleep Inn 6 years ago, and based off my review at that time, we decided to stay again on our way to The Outer Banks. I needed 2 rooms and the price was right. It served the purpose we needed ; a stopover to break up our trip.. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The carpet throughout needs to be replaced. It was very dirty. There was something spilled on the bed skirt of my son's bed and it looked gross. The complimentary breakfast was average continental fare, and the breakfast area was clean. Again, it was fine. The staff was very friendly and the lady at the front desk, whose name I have forgotten, was helpful and accommodating. She made sure our rooms were on the same floor with the necessary number of beds. My son is disabled so we needed the first floor. When my request was made, someone from the hotel contacted me to let me know that my request would be honored.
