Really enjoyed our stay. 5 minutes walk into Harrogate. Room was extremely clean with all the little extras like bottled water and toiletries. Would defo recommend.

Perfectly situated to walk in to town, in a nice quiet area. Large, clean room with a very comfortable bed and great walk in shower. Free parking too.

The hotel is central easy walking distance to everything, a parking permit for each day of your stay … very helpful . Very very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a delightful stay in lovely Harrogate . The host and hostess very helpful and welcoming Will definitely return

If one books an establishment listed on TripAdvisor as #1 Best Value of 79 Harrogate Bed and Breakfasts and a number of the reviews raved about the quality of the breakfast, one would assume that it was, actually, provided. But, sadly, no. Perhaps TripAdvisor should list it as #1 Bed? A valuable lesson in not believing TripAdvisor and double checking booking Ts & Cs.

Perfect guest house is well placed, very easy to walk into Harrogate centre about 5 minute walk. No food at the guest house, but plenty of places to eat close by. Rooms are very well decorated, perfect size and all the added touches shampoo/conditioner/hand lotion/ tea/coffee/hot chocolate. The bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend ✨️
