The room was very hot , their is hot pipes running through the room in front of the window and behind the headboard . There was a fan in the room but neither leaving the window open or the having the fan on cooled the room

I stayed here for two nights to attend a conference during May, It was a convenient 10 minutes walk to the Harrogate Convention Centre. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy during the hot weather but a stand-up fan was provided to enable us to sleep. English breakfast with few pastries and fruits was OK.

Great location, but not the most welcoming of staff, not one member of staff offered assistance to us with my wife on crutches. And when asked if they offer room service (which they don't) you'd think we were asking for the earth. Parking at the hotel was requested in advance and this was honoured.

Hotel still has classic features well presented and clean staff polite and helpful. Bedroom clean nice shower tea facilities and roomy .

The geographical location is good, and the path for walking at night is well-made, so it's good. The building is a bit old, so it creaks every time you walk, but it's not bad. The water is warm and the bathroom is big.
