The geographical location is good, and the path for walking at night is well-made, so it's good. The building is a bit old, so it creaks every time you walk, but it's not bad. The water is warm and the bathroom is big.

The hotel is very historic and may seem old to some, but it has that old-fashioned feel. The hotel staff are all very kind. I found that there was a problem with the room I checked in, and they changed it for us very quickly.

We believe the service was excellent. The room we stayed in was lovely and very clean apart from the nook beside the bed however it was not an inconvenience to our stay. there was alot of room and enough to fit our luggage and other things we purchased. we did not have the food but from what we saw it looked quite nice.

Lovely weekend away in Harrogate.
The Crown very welcoming and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Decor a bit tired but comfortable.
