Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking. The staff were rude and unhelpful.
The toilet itself was dripping water the whole night.
Do not stay here. There are better hotels out there. Worst place ever and ive been travelling all over Asia, including India.
The website is misleading as they do not show any pictures of the bathroom, and the picture they do have of the amenities are not what is provided at the hotel.

This is one of the best hotels in Haridwar near the Ganga. It offers a calm and cozy atmosphere, spacious and well-maintained rooms, excellent service, and breathtaking views of the river. A perfect choice for a peaceful and spiritual stay in the holy city, whether you're visiting for leisure or pilgrimage. The staff is courteous, the ambiance is serene, and every moment spent here feels refreshing and divine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and soak in the spiritual vibe of Haridwar.

The property is old and not upto fern’s standard . Really bad experience in terms of cleanliness , quality of rooms , washrooms and other common areas . On the other hand staff is very well behaved and courteous.

Location and service good! Wash badin of Room no 414 was broken with multiple cracks visible giving a shabby impression to the staying guest!

I stay in room no. 411 with my family including 2 kids. fan is not working despite complaints. electric switches are found broken. toilet seat is also broken. no cleaning in rooms as well as the gallery of 4th floor (seen only this floor). service is very poor. infact we had taken our meal in another hotel.

The hotel is under renovation, so none of the facilities shown was operation, even the intercom was not working so we were given a cell number for any service, water in the room (bottled water) was charged additionally, food was decent, staff was decent, room was neat, child support for bed etc was good.

The property is away from city center, in this case away from Har Ki Pauri which is the central attraction for Haridwar. Also this is a highway touch hotel so you can get good travel options if you want to visit Rishikesh
