Room were spacious. Location was ok. Manager was cooperative as he changes the room as requested. Excellence can be active is they focus more on room utensil and other value added service

1..very poor because, before 400 meters road closed we have to wal k with our luggage .
2.. food is very bad, I tried masaladosa, they don't know how to prepare and cuttney directly comes from fridge.
3.. I tried tamoto rice but they served halft boild rice, so I ask then they get back and make some alterations and get back, again same half boild, this time I required to taste that rice to restaurant front desk person he taste it and he also accept this is half boild so I did cancelled that order, but he collected money... after I complain to hotel reception they duduct that amount.
4.. three time I had loose motionbafter eating that four spoon rice.
4.. In Bangalore we get very good masala dosa 30 to 50₹ here their Charging 157₹
that to be they don't know basics of making doss.
5.. In room mattress and linens are very very old...
6..room is spacious but window AC .
full night sound you can't sleep.
