There were mosquitoes in the room which were alloted to us.

Excellent property with its own private ghat. Wonderful staff went over and above to make me enjoy my stay. Special shout out to Kuldeep Singh and Sonu for making everything special. The rest of the staff was great too. Loved the yoga session and Ganga Arati on the premises

We were extremely delighted by the way the team made our stay so wonderful and beautiful. Every program that was made for my wife’s birthday was of her choice and liking. Our whole family is very thankful and our appreciation for all the effort. From the guard ( the gentleman with a wonderful moustache 😊 ), to the reception, housekeeping, restaurant service, the rituals, the music and to top it all the General Manager. I don’t remember the names of many and don’t want to take just 3-4 names to undermine the others. You have a great team lead by an able leader Thank you once again My best wishes and warm regards

We could not have been happier with the services provided by the hotel which has its own dedicated Ganga Bank where Aarti is done daily and one can take a dip at one's convenience. The building resembles a palace which it must have been at some point of time. The accommodation was good with quality linen and towels. The lounge common area has a commanding view of Ganges and the activities keeps the guests busy. There was palmistry in addition to" Navgraha Pooja". The Gym can be improved upon. Breakfast and dinner were very nice with live music accompanying the latter.

I visited the property with my wife and 2 year old son and we had a wonderful and peaceful experience. The whole hotel team made our stay memorable, with a special mention for Ms Aanchal and Ms. Nandini. Would love to visit again. Har har Gange…har har Mahadev.

An outstanding stay at this beautiful hotel in Haridwar. Great service and amenities for guests—plentiful breakfast, delicious high tea, live music throughout the day—flute, classical, oldies. Fantastic location and super arrangements for Ganges bathing with towels and robes provided as you exit the Ganges. All day laundry service. Excellent Ganga Aarti every evening. Very good arrangements for an escorted visit to Har ki Pauri and excellent seating for hotel guests for the magnificent Aarti. Outstanding service from the entire team under the able guidance and leadership of Mr. Vikas Nagar. Very clean and comfortable rooms and great food choices in two restaurants. All departments—front office, dining, housekeeping, laundry, reception, pool attendant—provided excellent service. Would like to mention Anchal, Nikita, Shruti, Sameer, Nandini, Yamuna, Sanjay, Anik, Ashoka, Priya, Anuj, Dharmendra, Himashree, Kuldeep and other team members we interacted with (apologies for not remembering all their names).
