"Sumit Kumar from housekeeping assisted us throughout our journey, and we had a great experience. Overall, all the staff were helpful and polite, and we had a pleasant stay. I had an exceptional experience during my stay, and a huge credit goes to the manager( krishna negi ) . Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made my visit memorable. From the smooth check-in process to ensuring every small request was taken care of, the manager went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and they handled everything with a perfect blend of efficiency and courtesy. Excellent for staying and enjoying an experience of Ganga Maa with close walkout proximity to shopping and the banks. Hotel staff are very respectful and accommodating . Food is the best- the taste rivals the food you can get at another hotel in a major city like Delhi. The cooks really know how to prepare.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ganges im Zentrum der Stadt, fußläufig zur allabendlichen Zeremonie am Fluss. Der Service ist hervorragend, besonders der Rezeptionist Ajit Singh. Auch die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen, hier besonders der Küchenchef Mr. Rajesh. Das Restaurant auf der Dachterasse ist eine Oase in der trubligen Umgebung. Nicht zuletzt wäre noch der Spabereich mit toller Massage lobend zu erwähnen.

Amazing views of maa ganges from our room and the services we got here were extremely good. We have enjoyed our stay here at this location; Mr. Sumit from housekeeping was excellent at his job and made our trip memorable.

A Superb Hotel Very Comfortable River Facing Room with high quality bed linen and towels. Excellent Staff and Service. The food in all the restaurants was great Will certainly recommend Ganga Lahari Haridwar to family and friends. God willing will revisit the hotel.

The ambience and quality of service is par excellence . The restaurant serve fresh / organic and local cuisine ( and customize it as well ) and they have a host of activities inside the hotel as well as outside . One should definitely attend the arti and enjoy the high tea sitting / overlooking the Ganga !
