Very helpful staff, the entire team is very nice. Rooms are quite big and spacious. The hotel is very close to railway station and hear ki pauri.

At the first meet, the care taker cheated by taking rs 60- for free 3 bottle of drinking water. He asked me whether i need wine. No service, very poor basic amenities. That too i had to ask for. I thought, room as i booked was replaced. Not at all value for money. Very bad experience.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice interiors. Easy approach from bus and railway station as situated on main road. Room service and breakfast was excellent. I even asked for warm drinking water which was delivered in few mins. But exhaust fan was not installed in bathroom leading to unpleasant smell. Overall happy with experience.

You can close the windows due to excessive paint deposit. Very noisy all night due to prime location

I booked by mmt and paid 2000 for non ac room. The room had no ventilation and washroom was smelling awful. Staff was okay but overall not worth for that price
