The hotel environment is good, but generally speaking it does not match the level of the hotel. First of all, in terms of hygiene, when I entered the room, I found hair in the leaking position of the bathroom, and there was dust on the bedside and cabinet glass in the room. Secondly, there is the attitude of the waiters. The attitude of some waiters is not as good as that of the waiters in a B&B, and it is still a four-star hotel. Another problem is the way of handling the problem. When I reported the hair problem to the hotel, the hotel did not respond at all and just took it away.

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. There are welcome fruits. The bedding is dry and the mattress is soft and hard. It is very quiet at night. All the staff are well-educated, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The front desk contacted the front desk in advance to inform them how to arrive. I would like to give special praise to the guy on night shift that night (I forgot to ask his name). Because there was a small situation temporarily, he patiently and meticulously helped solve it. The hotel has a beautiful interior environment and beautiful scenery outside. There are many types of plants, as well as orchards, hills with apricots, plums, pears, crabapples, etc. In short, I like the environment here!

In terms of dining, the hotel's restaurant offers a rich and diverse choice of food, whether it is Chinese or Western dishes, the taste is very authentic. I stayed here for the second time. The breakfast was good, the parking was convenient, and the room was a little small. It was very close to Sun Island, Ice and Snow World and the Western Pavilion. It was a little inconvenient to eat nearby. The picture is the environment inside the courtyard. Environment: beautiful, fresh, elegant Service: average On the first day, the front desk said that there was only Internet TV and no live broadcast. Two days later, there was actually a TV station live broadcast. I don't know what happened?

Next to the hotel is Central Street. It is convenient to take a taxi or subway. It is easy to go anywhere. The Songhua River is right at the door. Old potatoes in the south can go to the river to play ice. The service in the hotel is good, the room aunt is very polite, I am very impressed!

The room was newly renovated. I learned from the front desk that it is still in the trial operation stage. It is inevitable that there will be some smells after the renovation, but the room is very clean and the decoration is bright and generous. The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of Central Street and other attractions and subway stations. The scenery is beautiful and the Songhua River is next to it. You can see the Songhua River Cableway while having breakfast in the morning. The service is meticulous and considerate, and the waiters are very enthusiastic.

I am a Canadian and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I walked extensively around Harbin and the location of this hotel is about as good as you can get. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and eager to please. The location is only a few blocks from the main Central pedestrian street which is a lot of fun to walk especially in the evening with all the lighting and the thousands of people owed to enjoy the scenery. Also the river is only two blocks away and has a wonderful walking path all along the river to enjoy the scenery. There are a few convenience stores within 100 m of the front door so it's easy to grab a snack or some bottles of water or other juices and eating items. One thing to note is that although it is a non-smoking Hotel......many of the guests are smoking in the room so the smell does tend to drift into the hallway....but it's hardly a big deal.

Near Sophia Church, ZhongYang Street and Cable just 750m from hotel. In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

Great location! Metro is nearby. The staff is very friendly! Upon check-out they gave us a compliment for the road! Very nice ☺️! Breakfast is simple but you definitely won't go hungry.
