I brought my daughter to Harbin to play. The hotel is close to the airport and provides airport pick-up. Not far from the hotel, there is a night market street and a large open space covered with thick snow. The little one loved it very much and ran out to play in the snow at 10 o'clock in the evening. The room is well heated and looks clean and hygienic. It is separated into dry and wet areas and equipped with Xiaomei smart housekeeper, which is convenient and convenient. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic and the service is very detailed. I rarely give so many comments to a hotel. I really recommend it.

Renovated in 2023, the YaJi Hotel (Harbin Airport) is a great choice for accommodation in Harbin. The hotel is only 3km from Harbin Taiping International Airport and 25km from Wujia Railway Station, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. The room is clean and tidy, very good for couples who wish to take a rest and catch morning flight since every 30 minutes they will have a shuttle to go to the Airport. Nearby got restaurants and marts as well.
Eventhou missed the shuttle, we called Gao De Taxi, just spent only 10 Rmb to the airport.

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with a larger area than ordinary hotels and a good location. You can see Haxi Station from the room and there is a subway nearby. There is also a small supermarket at the front desk of the hotel, which also sells daily necessities, which is very convenient. There is a refrigerator in the room, so you don't have to worry about the food being spoiled for a few days, which is very good. The only thing is that the air conditioner does not work. The boss said that the weather was too cold and the plug-in unit froze. Fortunately, it is still heated by geothermal heating. The room is not cold. The projection is XGIMI and JMGO. The resolution is 4K, which is very good and there is no noise. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that
It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore.
Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.
Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

However, what impressed me the most was the service from the staff, especially Assistant Cheung. His service was impeccable, always with a smile and very attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking us in, offering local travel advice, or addressing our various needs, Cheung was always professional and enthusiastic. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Hagia Sophia and close to the city museum. There are many restaurants around. There is a pharmacy on the left side of the hotel. Communicate with the front desk. The tea bags were not given the next day, and two bags were delivered immediately. The check-out procedure was simple.

XXiaohuanThe villa we booked is in a very good location. Manager Wang is a very nice person. He provides pick-up and drop-off services wherever we go. On the day we returned, it was not yet time for the high-speed train, and he even sent us to other places to play. We asked him to book tickets and the chartered car service was perfect.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
