Very satisfied. I escaped from the Jingwei 360 Building on Central Avenue and booked a three-day homestay there at the beginning. After arriving, I found that the facilities were not complete and there were safety hazards. I had to wait for half an hour for the elevator. My head was about to explode. I searched online and was scared. I didn't sleep well the whole night and checked out immediately the next morning. Moved out and found this hotel. There is a world of difference. The decoration and facilities are very new, and disposable items are also provided. The room is spacious and bright, and the hot water will not run out after a while like in a B&B. There is also a balcony. Although it is too cold to go out, there is no harm without comparison. The windows at the B&B were sealed shut, so it was really stuffy. The transportation here is close to the subway and the price is acceptable. We stayed here for the next two days. The takeout from Tastin nearby was delicious, and tasted better than that in Guangzhou. As for the service, after reading the previous reviews, I don’t want to write anymore 😂. In short, I strongly recommend staying here when you come to Harbin. It would have been a good thing if I had ordered this at the beginning, it would have saved me a lot of trouble. The newly opened hotel is excellent in all aspects, whether it is hardware facilities or service quality. The disposable items in the room are very user-friendly, including cosmetic cotton pads and cotton swabs, etc. Various switch controls are intelligent, and the toilet seat is heated. When I suddenly fell ill, the hotel staff was very caring and helpful. Because I needed to change rooms for personal reasons, the hotel also upgraded me to a better room type. I am very grateful to Ms. Han and Mr. Fan whom I met on the first day. They were very easy to talk to and had a great attitude. They deserve a bonus!
