Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!

Location of hotel is quite good, surround with 早市 Pasar, only few min with didi to town area. The service is quite good, we arrived in the earlier morning and luckily the staff let us check in earlier! The room is very big and same with the photo showed~~ quite comfortable~ the breakfast provided also nice to eat.

The room is large, but the layout is a little problematic, too empty. There is no wardrobe in my deluxe king room, but there is a clothes drying rod to dry coats, which is a blessing in disguise. The central air conditioning is very powerful, and the room heats up quickly. One thing to note is that the room lacks a table, and the only TV table is not equipped with a socket, which is not very convenient, so I can only work on the bed. I hope it can be improved. Overall, it is good, the price is right, and the bathtub is large and comfortable. A good experience

Perfect score ! I like everything from this hotel. Room : spacious, beautifully decorated, very modern, all seems new and clean, the bathroom also very nice, equipped with all you need, not to mention fluffy towels and bathrobe. Service : All staff are very friendly and nice, very helpful. They even put water bottles and sweets in the corner of elevator where you can grab it whenever you like. You also can wash and dry your own clothes free of charge, love it ! Location : Very nice, surrounded by many local restaurants and taste good. Overall: I was very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the service, the staff. Harbin maybe cold in the winter but people there has the warmest heart ❤️ i will definetely come back and stay again sometime. Thank you ❄️❄️❄️

It’s convenient location, to eat dinner, to see the museum. It’s near to the subway station of 博物馆, just 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds of dishes, bread,sandwiches, salads and fruits. It’s good for foreigners

Warm and friendly place in a cold winter night. Clean. Really close to the railway station. Airport bus stop around the corner. I had a comfortable night sleep here between late arrival and early departure, will choose it again.

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one really impressed me. The hotel environment is elegant, the greenery is well done, like a small garden. The invoice is issued quickly, and the electronic invoice is very convenient. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, and the scenery outside the window is picturesque. The hotel's service is even better, responsive to every request, and helped to upgrade the room type for free. When checking out, the staff also gave a small gift, which was a surprise! I will choose this place next time I travel.

Location is best very nearby Sophia church just walking distance 3-4minute, receptionist very kind and helpful.Picture from trip.com similar with existing room is 95% same. Room still look new and cleaning. Hotel lobby have free warm free. I will come back to this hotel again.

In general accommodation and the hotel service are good. Friendly and helpful, want to thank Ms Wang for her help and small tokens from hotel management. Food from restaurant next door is good! I only have a small problem with the shower drain in my room (218) that needs to be fixed. Hopefully this will be corrected. Check for improvements next time. 总的来说，住宿和酒店服务都很好。感谢王女士的帮助和酒店的小礼物。隔壁餐厅的食物很好! 我房间 (218)里的淋浴排水管只有一个小问题需要修理。希望这会得到纠正。下次检查改进

Very nice hotel. Initially we planning to stay 4 days, last minute extended another day due to flight rescheduled. The hotel gave us free upgrade and stayed the same level so we no need to move to another level. The hotel has no view from inside the room as the building is surrounded by another buildings. But this isn’t a problem for us, cause it helps to block city noise. The staffs are friendly. Will definitely will stay here again if come to Harbin.
