前台服務態度非常惡劣，連續訂房好幾天，就因為房型不一樣，一直打電話催換房，正在房間睡覺，一直打電話，覺沒睡好，還心裏嚇的特別難受，前台沒有一點道歉的態度，和你説話都是趾高氣昂的，你在這邊説話，人家在那邊回覆你，都不搭理你，你愛説啥説啥，就是得把房間現在就換了，再也不會住這家，這邊同事出差也會告訴他們不考慮這家漢庭酒店，人家前台的態度就是你愛住不住，我們是出差，住的話不一定住多少天呢，讓酒店給攆出來了，就這前台態度，老闆不一定一年少賺多少錢呢，在外邊出差這麼久住了這麼多酒店，頭一次見到這樣的前台服務

很喜歡窗簾燈光和這個壁紙搭配，有種夕陽照進來的感覺，感覺很安心，所以睡得還不錯，晚上也不吵，以後有機會來這邊還住這裏

호텔 위치도 좋았구요 ~호텔시설도 너무 깨끗하고 프론트 데스크 직원분들 매우 친절하고 예의바르며 요청사항이 있을때 마다 도움을 줘서 너무 고마웠어요~ 그리고 세심한 서비스를 제공해줘서 머무는 동안 편하게 지낼수 있었어요~:)

非常滿意，早餐也不錯，陪着孩子參加比賽，華住會的酒店住宿環境還是值得信賴的，漢庭酒店對面就是公園和早市，非常方便，服務態度也是一流的👍

酒店照片沒有拍。酒店位置比較方便，有獨立停車場，房間面積也比大多數漢庭酒店大，設施比較齊全，打掃的也比較乾淨，關鍵是價格不高，比較實惠。周邊有著名的金上京歷史博物館，可以瞭解女真族的淵源歷史。

服務:前台服務惡劣，沒有禮貌用語，講話很隨意，愛答不理, 一點工作責任心都沒
衞生:房間衞生不是很乾凈，還有蟑螂蟲子，漱口杯有裂縫，辦公桌也沒擦乾淨總體燈光比較暗，浴巾是破的，床單也是有破損的，不知道這樣的床品怎麼會拿出來給客人使用總的來説對這次入住不太滿意，以後不會選擇這家酒店
