First impression, the front desk was very unprofessional, not up to the standard of 4 stars. The first room I was given had no chairs to sit on. I was changed to another room, which was very quiet on the first night, but on the second night a family with children stayed next door, and the problem of poor sound insulation came out. The most disappointing thing was that I found out that there was no conditioner while taking a shower, embarrassing!

Location was a bit offside but with a ride or taxi it is no problem to reach the city center within less than 30 minutes. Hotel is very good, rooms made new after covid time. Worth staying :)

房間比較老舊，浴室門無法關嚴，導致一洗澡，衞生間就容易弄濕。3個人房間，每天衹提供2瓶水，衹能打電話才補充。工作人員解釋，他們酒店標配是每房2瓶，不管是否是3人套房。健身房9點關門，8：35去了，不讓進，説是要提前打掃衞生。酒店內餐館倒不錯，服務人員態度極好，菜品也不錯，值得👍。
