酒店在松北，離太陽島，冰雪大世界，東北虎林園都很近，緊鄰松花江畔風景不錯，夜景很美，打車去中央大街也就二十分鐘左右

簡單的説説我的入住感受：
這是我第三次來到哈爾濱，雖然衹距離我的家鄉不到400公里，但是每一次的到來仍然會帶給旅人獨特的魅力與驚喜。此次松北之行，選擇下榻於哈爾濱松北香格里拉酒店。原本計劃參加國際薩克斯大會，所以負責客房預訂的王經理也給我了許多的便利與協助。這一次，我不僅收穫了預期的舒適與品質，更意外地收穫瞭如家人般的温暖關懷，成為旅程中最閃亮的記憶點。
從步入酒店大堂的那一刻起，香格里拉標誌性的香薰味道與大廳的開闊感便撲面而來。我愛這裏客房寬敞明亮，我愛這裏設施齊備且維護精良。
老實説，酒店在餐飲方面帶給我很大的驚喜。無論是自助早餐的豐盛選擇，中西風味的多樣呈現，還是餐點的精緻與新鮮度，“吃得好”絕非虛言。
然而，真正讓這次入住體驗昇華、變得難以忘懷的，是位於Sky Lounge（我自己起的名字），以及在那裡工作的三位天使般的女孩：小薛，小藤和天琪。她們的服務遠遠超越了標準的職業規範，在這裏，迎接的不是程式化的問候，而是她們真誠、温暖的笑容，以及彷彿能洞察需求的細膩關懷。無論是添水、推薦飲品，還是詢問舒適度，都恰到好處，自然。
最後感謝松北香格里拉用心營造的每一個温暖瞬間，你們的專業與熱忱，是這次完美體驗中最動人的篇章。這份源自細節的關懷，讓我感受到了超越酒店服務的真摯情誼。

服務很好，還送了果盤。喜歡潤膚乳和洗髮水的味道，而且很好用，已經回購了，唯一不足的是早餐，種類和上菜速度與理想有點落差，整體來説不錯。

酒店位置卓越，距離冰雪大世界，太陽島，中央大街距離都很近。酒店的停車位也很充足，酒店大堂還有一處供小朋友玩的積木空間，房間空間很大，床墊也很舒服。細節收拾得乾淨整潔。老牌五星級就是不一樣，房間都是香香的。剛停下車服務人員會主動幫着拿行李，房間裏需要什麼物品打電話也很快就送到，以後再來還會選擇這家酒店。特別感謝馬紅紅、張燦兩位美女非常專業熱情，讓我們在異地他鄉感受到温暖。
