家庭出遊，因為在友誼宮出口，交通十分方便。步行三分鐘到斯大林公園江邊，五分鐘到比優特超市，中央大街，酒店出門就是山河屯和灶座。
設施上房間裏面中規中矩，有自助洗衣房，可以讓酒店幫忙洗衣烘乾還能幫疊。可免費補礦泉水，周邊外賣方便，機器人送到房間。早飯種類多，房間下午有送凍梨。

設施：其實整體挺好的 就是噴香噴香的
服務：門口接待我們的大哥人很好 第一天到地方給我們拉行李，我們走給我們送行，還堅持把行送上車 點贊
其他人服務就很一般，傾聽我娓娓道來
我第一天入住打開冰箱，裏面有東西感覺都變質了，我以為是酒店標配，我就沒管。第二天退房食用早餐的時候給我們説冰箱裏有我們的東西，但是我們並沒買任何東西～所以是我們上一個客人留下來……這表示我們入住前衞生打掃不到位，不及格 所以給了一星也是OK噠
發生這件事兒 他們1沒有人出來解釋 2沒有正面道歉
給我的感覺就是：反正你們也退房了，無所謂🫤

作為攜程鉑金會員，從來沒寫過酒店評價，這次印象太深刻了，第一酒店名稱：實在迷糊了，哈布斯堡這個英國王室詞在這裏簡單聽一下就行了，最關鍵（索菲亞教堂店）實在迷糊外地人，酒店離教堂步行至少需要半小時，來回來回一個小時。第二，酒店地理位置：離3號線地鐵非常近，坐地鐵方便，去江邊坐索道方便。第三，房型：180度江景房實在水，請看一下照片，不多描述了。第四，酒店不是五星，自稱攜程的五鑽，對攜程這麼多高評價也持懷疑態度了，建議選酒店最好還是連鎖品牌的，軟硬件都有標準保障。這個酒店整體佈局很侷促，大堂很小，沒有游泳池，除了早餐自助餐廳沒有其他餐廳，酒店的設施品質一般般，衞生間瓷磚超級無敵滑，冰箱夜裡噪音很大，雜牌吹風機要吹很長時間，飲用水當地品牌等等細節一般般。整體比快捷酒店稍微好一點但不多。但價位可真是高檔價格。第五，服務：水平超一流，可能是房價貴，入住率也高，硬件不行態度行，服務員態度都超級好！有問題給解決，大廳接待很有禮貌。整體評價下來，體驗不好，以後不會選擇這家酒店了。

服務很好很細緻，孩子的用品都能提供，每天有送凍梨和水果，餐廳的經理給孩子製作照片酸奶，還有大廳的服務人員宮先生幫我們拿了行李，早餐也是很豐富
