早餐點贊，餐廳小劉的服務態度一級棒，每個早上都拿酸奶給我們，知道最後一天我們要坐高鐵，還拿了便當盒子給我們裝些零嘴車上吃。房間乾淨很寬敞，尤其小朋友很喜歡那個汽車主題的房間，浴室還準備了很多孩子們需要用到的，還有小浴室拖鞋，太可愛啦！
早餐好吃，豐盛，服務態度好，房間乾淨寬敞

地理位置極佳，去哪都很方便，離中央大街、紅專街早市、松花江邊都步行即可到達；酒店服務也很到位，尤其是門口的服務生，會主動服務；需要改進的是前台辦理入住和退房的效率還得提高，這次辦理入住讓我們等了半小時之久。

當地風情非常好，環境設施可以，特別表揚餐廳黃經理，門口迎賓服務員小宮和小焦需要重點表揚，我和我朋友2個人，4個大箱子，兩個小包包，剛一下車就來幫我們那東西，打不到車的時候也幫我們去路上找車，重點表揚，一進門就“公主請進”“公主請下車”“公主想去哪裡玩兒”
服務：非常好，來東北8天，就碰見這樣一個酒店，後面的酒店，即使是長白山都沒這個酒店好，完全5星好評。
恰好遇見朋友過生日，酒店還贈送了蛋糕，好看，拍照也出片，餐廳早餐吃的也非常多，逛中央大街的時候各種香腸，大列巴店鋪，後面在酒店吃早餐居然發現有，還有鍋包肉，刀削麪，建議大家一定要在酒店吃，不用去外面嘴饞了！！！！

房間比較大，靠近沿江，風景也很好，餐飲客房幾個部門的人員服務都很到位，態度也很親切，特別是餐飲部的網名當代風情的JENNY，很主動的為客人提供相應的服務，態度很好很和藹。值班經理王子健也非常和氣並高效地處理了我們遇到的一些小問題，給出了令人滿意的解決方案。這家酒店非常值得入住，下次我們還會再繼續光顧
