Very affordable hotel for a short stay, nearby shops and malls are walkable. Many food stores nearby too! No lifts to access your rooms, insulation & water in the rooms weren't as good. But overall, everything was great!

If you are not afraid of cold and can accept unclean sheets, this hotel has no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to carry it up by yourself. This hotel has a maximum of five floors. If you book a more expensive one, it is also on the third floor. It is really tiring to carry the luggage up by yourself. Service: The service here is not good. There is no water in the hotel. We called to ask and they told us to go down and get it ourselves. Then two bottles of water cost 10 yuan. It's really a rip-off. Even the Harbin driver said that the lack of heating is too unreasonable. He said that they wear short sleeves every night at home or it is too hot. If you live here, you can't sleep at all without wearing thick clothes. It is very cold. The quilt is very thin and not cleaned well. I have allergies after sleeping for a night. It's really bad here.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. There is plenty of heating and hot water in the room. The transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop at the door and you can go directly to Central Street in a few stops.

The room has no windows and the heating is sufficient. The room is a bit too hot. The environment is average. The walls are old. The toilet smells of smoke and there is no exhaust fan.
