可能是半地下室會有點潮味，房間還挺乾淨整潔的，就是地板挺舊的，床下是用磚頭墊的。房間每天會有大姐打掃，這點還是挺好的。房間沒有看到空調，店家説這個房子冬暖夏涼，我去的時候天氣比較涼，所以用不到。可能我走的時候店家比較忙，所以退完按金就走開了。

那是非常乾淨又衞生，作為個旅館相當可以了，旁邊是人民廣場地鐵站，離中央大街也不遠，也有公交站，離江邊也近，很有性價比。

房間全是在負一層，面積非常小，連箱子都沒地方放，衹能放在床邊的一小塊地方。窗户的邊框底邊高度就是地面，有小汽車停放。因為負一層，整個酒店廊道，黴味比較重，房間內沒有正規空調，老闆衹拿來一個小的便攜小的製冷吹飛機。最要命的是，衞生間的玻璃，沒有貼膜，洗澡都會曝光。蓮蓬頭花灑是破裂的，旁邊會飆水，所以，洗澡的花灑水壓不夠，洗澡效果非常差。硬件設施比較差，老闆服務態度還可以。
