總體條件嘛，在這個價位裏還是非常便利的，然後床單什麼的也乾淨，但是大家要訂的話，還是儘量訂大房間貴一點的那種。我定的是最便宜的那種小房間。小房間的話。不能保證他。具體的。就是。生物多樣性。老闆服務態度也是很好的。這個離地鐵也很近。旁邊也有很多賣小吃的。可以吃飯

房間很乾凈，床單被罩都是新的，洗過的，出門就是 公交和地鐵站，交通很方便，可以洗澡，有 熱水，房間裏面很不錯

老闆人特別好 可能看我一個外地女生獨自出行 一直在和我商量住宿方案並且給了很多優惠 這裏位置挺好 離哪都很方便 每天坐公交車或者地鐵直達我要去的地方很少換乘 以後每年十一出行哈爾濱都打算住這裏 也祝老闆生意越來越興隆！

這個老闆是我遇到的最和善的一個了，我是獨自窮遊，就是想節約點成本，我的目的再次達到了，這家賓館條件一般但是被打掃的很乾凈很乾凈，硬件差點但是擋不住老闆勤快，單人間有點劏房的樣子，但是便宜啊！！！走遍全世界，一分錢一分貨，找便宜事，太少了😂，祝老闆往後生意興隆，諸事順利。
