房間空間挺大的，放了28和20的行李箱，不影響走動。房間也很乾凈，就是不開空調的話，時間久了回來會有一股味道，不能説臭，就是會有一股味道，空調開一會兒就好了，懷疑是地毯。
續住了一晚，阿姨給放了四瓶水，換了垃圾，整了床鋪，其他東西都沒動。
小朋友收到了入住的小禮物，很開心。

1.地理位置沒有描述的那麼方便，離主要景點都還挺遠的，走到索菲亞都挺久的，更別説中央大街了，叫中央大街店也是真好意思啊，離地鐵也不近。
2.房間有個床空調直吹不太舒服，晚上又衹能開着空調睡覺否則太熱了，開到風最小也一直有風吹頭和肩膀。
3.房間衞生一般，第二天晚上回去居然有一個打打掃用的臟抹布留在洗手枱上，震驚。
4.其他設施也一般，比如抽紙捲紙質量都不太好。
5.早餐一般比較簡單，每天都一樣完全不變。
6.工作人員有的服務好有的説話很欠，前台寄存很差勁居然隨便放沒有酒店工作人員監管，前台很欠地説我們都這樣，那有監控當擋箭牌，真是無語，自己做的差還振振有詞不知悔改！就算有監控又怎樣呢？真出了問題再去大費周折調監控查根源？旅客的高鐵飛機都給耽誤了的時間成本誰來承擔？從沒見過酒店這麼寄存的，好好整改吧！踩雷拉黑！

The service attitude is very good. It is within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, but the elevator can't accommodate many people. We booked a parent-child room, one big bed, one bunk bed, two rooms, and the children were very happy. There were many people at breakfast, and it was a bit messy. You can avoid the peak hours to eat.
