It is only 45 minutes and 20 minutes away from the Taiping International Airport and the railway station, and only 5 minutes away from the Shanghai Street Station of Metro Line 3.Views from river-facing windows take in the lights of Harbin's frozen structures on the opposite side of the river during the Harbin Snow and Ice Festival in January. 設施：雖略陳舊，但一應俱全。
衞生：因年代緣故有些無法避免的衞生問題，但打掃房間的阿姨非常熱情，屋子收拾的乾淨整潔。
環境：非常舒適，臨江江景一覽無餘，不同天氣不同景色，夜景也很棒。豪華閣用餐區每天都有不同鮮花布置，心情愉悦。
服務：特別感謝楊雨琪，還有徐宏月，服務周到。小楊作為豪華閣的接待人員，從入住開始，詳細介紹酒店服務，並隨時解答諮詢的問題，熱心nice，對待小朋友也特別有愛，幫忙調節望遠鏡到適合小朋友的高度觀景，還介紹早餐適合小朋友不辣的餐食，非常細心。
全天軟飲小食:既能觀景，又能下午茶，每天糕點不一樣，心情超好。
歡樂時光簡餐:晚餐在外來不及吃時，可以15層選一些，雖簡單但乾淨衞生有特色。
