這個房子呢？是在地鐵旁博物館站，去中央廣場和其他幾個地方都非常方便，基本地鐵直達。然後他旁邊的松雷雙葉和紅雷廣場也是本地人比較喜歡去的地方，有很多好吃的東西，然後旁邊有些早市夜市都還是可以的。
衞生：衞生上來説這個酒店是非常nice。基本上每天續住的衞生也給你搞得乾乾淨淨，而且很仔細啊，我反正住來住去，我覺得他的衞生不下於有些五星酒店。
服務：服務怎麼説呢？反正就是你不説他不會主動服務你問他一定事實有迴應，這個也比較符合東北人的這個特點。
設施：設施呢？是這樣，它就衹有一個電梯，然後呢，然後呢，其他的電梯呢是樓下郵政局的。那郵局呢？下午5點就關門了，然後這些電梯就不能用了。然後這麼多人的坐一輛電梯我覺得還是有一點麻煩。這裏還有一個小小的建議就是樓下的很多單位都可以直接坐電梯上來安全方面其實是有很多的隱患。
環境：這裏的交通最大的問題是沒有辦法打車。它是一條不能轉彎的道路，直接打車要走很遠，所以不推薦打車了。
吃喝：這個酒店還是比較大氣的，給你安排4瓶超市版本的礦泉水，是農夫山泉。然後小冰箱裏面有一瓶冰可樂，一瓶雪碧，還有一瓶是本地特色格瓦斯。這些都是免費的。小冰箱的飲料是不能添的，其他礦泉水都會續
