Very satisfied with everything. We love the room so much. We so happy dealing with the receiptionist, the cleaning staff and the guard. They are so friendly eventhough we use different language to commucate. Great location with complete inroom facilities.

It was the first time for me to visit Erbin with my children. I had originally booked a king-size bed room in advance. The boss saw that we were traveling as a family and generously upgraded us to a suite for free. This allowed our family, who traveled from the northwest to the northeast, to feel the enthusiasm of the people of the Ice City. The facilities in the room were also complete, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. In short, it felt like home.
