設施完善，而且床墊軟軟也不塌，很舒服還可以自己選擇不同高度的枕頭，十分貼心，衞生乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，很舒服，環境舒適前台管家Q服務態度很好，自助下午茶水果很新鮮，蛋糕也很不錯，還有哈爾濱特色的大列巴，入住時房間裏還配了水果，哈爾濱真是一個讓人流連忘返的城市，雖然温度很冷很低，旅行的過程中碰見的人都很熱情温暖，很期待下一次來哈爾濱.

酒店的地理位置很好，位於中央大街，hr去哪兒都非常的方便，工作人員服務態度很好，房間的毛巾和浴巾都是一次性的，整體的入住體驗是很不錯的，下次還會選擇入住這家酒店。酒店也很有聖誕節的氛圍，hr由於快過聖誕節了，也有了很多聖誕節的裝飾
