體驗很好，酒店免費升級了親子房。房間內的各項設施很完備。酒店提供早餐，下午茶和夜宵。另外，還提供服裝可以出去拍照。酒店位置很好，到各景點都不遠，而且不堵車，打車方便。距離公交地鐵也很近。

這個酒店一定強烈推薦，服務態度超好，特色服裝也乾淨，現磨咖啡不限量，房間床墊超舒服，我們定的105m2的，活動範圍很大。一次性物品（毛巾浴巾等）充足免費。下次還來。雖然門頭有些小，但是不影響。位置也超級方便，出門右轉對應的中央大街的頭道街。還有下午茶水果豐富。

∽～～首先酒店位置非常好，臨近中央大街，出門就可以逛吃逛吃。其次去景點玩方便，打車或坐地鐵，幾分鐘的事兒！第三，服務好，房間有一次性面巾、洗面奶、御粧水、髮卡等，考慮得很周全，下午有下午茶，還挺豐富且好吃，總之，這次哈爾濱之行選御楓入住，非常滿意！☺

酒店入住體驗還是很不錯的～～～如果1樓有一個大堂就會更好了～～～房間的話還是很滿意的，前台給免費升級了，非常的棒，距離中央大街防洪紀念塔很近，房間的環境設施很齊全，5樓還有自助的咖啡機，非常棒～～～
