Second time staying at this hotel. They have made an insanely quick update and upgrades to their rooms after getting requests and complaints from their guests. They will try to solve any issue you will bring up to them be it not comfortable with the room or any issue communication for foreigners during the winter season. From humidifier to room upgrade, they will make your stay a pleasant and memorable stay. Will recommend if your goal is the Harbin " ice and snow world"

這次出行入住，體驗超級棒!從前台辦理入住時工作人員也很熱情，房間辦理的也非常快速，還貼心為我們倒了熱茶，介紹了酒店的服務。房間裏面也很温馨，床鋪柔軟舒適，用品品質也非常棒，淋雨很好出水也很均勻，澆在身上也很温和。房間寬敞明亮，採光絕佳，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，細節處理的也很用心。

入住冰雪大世界亞朵酒店簡直是最明智的決定！一到酒店，前台工作人員就熱情相迎，不僅快速辦理好了入住，還貼心地給我介紹了酒店設施！床鋪很軟，一躺上去疲憊感瞬間消失。衞浴設施也超棒，熱水出得快，水壓穩定。而且酒店位置特別好，去冰雪大世界步行沒多遠，玩累了隨時能回酒店休息。下次來哈爾濱，還住這兒！

As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff warmly welcomed me, checked me in quickly, and provided meticulous service, which instantly impressed me. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and there are many choices of pillows, which help me sleep soundly every night.
