The hot spring facilities are very complete, and it is just as advertised. The most eye-catching thing is the hot spring pool of the mandarin duck hot pot. There are really chili peppers in it, which is quite novel. The hotel facilities are quite complete, but overall the cost performance is not high. Although it is a five-star hotel, there is no porter, and the doorman is also stupid. When I checked in, I asked the front desk if they could help me send my luggage to the room. The front desk lady said yes. I thought it was the porter who would send it, but this hotel has no porters at all?! It was actually two girls at the front desk who helped me send my two suitcases and backpack to the room. I was shocked. How could such a large resort not have the position and responsibility of porters? I hope the hotel can improve this.

Das Hotel ist toll. Das Frühstück sehr minimal für Ausländer. Aber das hotspring ist sehr schön. Schade nur dass es drum herum kaum Restaurants oder Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen gibt. Man es vom Hotel abhängig und da sind die Preise schon auch eher hoch

訂了一個大床房，前台小哥幫忙免費升級了帶窗的高級大床房，房間乾淨衞生，裝修漂亮，還送了幾張旁邊冰雪樂園的參觀券和夜宵券，帶着小朋友在旁邊的冰雪樂園玩，玩得都不捨得走了，總體評價高級舒適。温泉未體驗不予評價[旺柴]
