The environment and sanitation are not good, but the price is cheap after all, less than 50 per night. There were no disposable toiletries, so I bought them myself from takeout. I arrived at 10pm and the hotel entrance was hard to find, and I was not informed of the elevator card and code box location in advance. When I called to ask, I was told that the password was heard by a father and son who were staying with them during the call. The father opened the password box and took out the elevator card, and then he successfully got to the eighth floor. During my stay, I took the initiative to ask the boss about the invoice issue. The boss told me to find the platform, and the platform asked me to contact the hotel when making the reservation. Finally I contacted **. After I checked out, the boss asked me if I had put the elevator card back. I had already left, so how could I help him find someone to get the elevator card back? The boss said the deposit would not be refunded. What makes me angry is why they didn't ask me for the elevator card that was originally placed in the public fire hydrant on the first floor during my stay. There were keys and elevator cards in the room, and it was useless for me to have the elevator card on the first floor. I could also help to retrieve the elevator card in time. After the person left, they were arguing on WeChat.
