we arrived at midnight and had a problem with the reservation. but the staff was very helpful and took us to another hotel and processed the reservation. the next day when we left, the staff ran after us and gave us warm water. very appreciated

第二次來哈爾濱，比較後選了這裏，很滿意。酒店真的很用心，無論是經理還是服務員，都很熱情友好，各種細節都考慮到，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐，飲料，下午茶，宵夜都齊全，很喜歡崔經理和前台帥哥的周到服務。住了五天嫌少，家人都説明年來還要住這裏。

酒店環境不錯，前台服務熱情。特別是前台的昭昭和小新。還幫我們免費升級了房間。服務的很好。房間的物品也都是免費的。水和飲料不夠的話都可以補。入住之前還提前給我們打電話詢問房間要求，真的不錯 滿意
