趕在開業前幾天就預訂了英迪格酒店，但是是一次整體不太滿意的體驗～
設施：匹配麗思卡爾頓的高價格，但是硬件設施很一般，馬桶、花灑都不是星級酒店匹配的品牌！
衞生：晚上使用了浴缸，一夜都會聞到下水道的反味，居住體驗特別不好！
環境：特別提醒和我一樣花高價定江景陽台房的朋友，一定要和酒店確定是否是正面江景，不是所有房間都是樣例圖裡的，我們的大側面哪怕在八樓也看不到江景的！
服務：服務態度還是不錯的，手繪的美食和景點地圖很有新意，有提供歡迎小食，但是味道一言難盡吧，重點建議一下早餐樣式品類過少了，完全無法匹配價位，甚至可能不如亞朵酒店種類豐富！
綜上，建議同等價位可以選擇別家！

1.酒店除了硬件設施新以外，沒有任何值得再次入住的地方；
2.酒店服務人員衹有機械化敷衍的客氣，感受不到任何用心的服務；
3.入住時口渴想喝一杯大堂擺放的免費歡迎茶，服務人員説可以自己去接，但是茶壺內不出水無人管；
4.客房衞生差，房間枱面有一衹已經腐爛的死蟲子，已拍照，但是沒有投訴；
5.沖涼房裡手持花灑和頂噴的開關方向安裝反了，開手持花灑頂噴卻出水，淋了一頭冷水，已拍照也並未投訴；
6.此次入住訂了兩間豪華江景房，但是卻感受貴酒店差別對待客人，入住時與前台負責人確認過酒店樓下停車場是否免費，前台負責人告知沒有免費停車場，16元/小時，但是第二天用早餐時前台當值負責人卻當著我們客人的面前給了隔壁桌一張免費停車券，讓我們感受到了英迪格酒店差別對待客人，隨後去前台問詢，前台給的解釋是因為此客人有投訴所以才給對方發了免費停車券，全程有錄像；
7.試問英迪格酒店是否客人包容你們的不足就應給被差別對待？
8.將以上情況反映給前台後並沒有得到及時反饋處理，退房時前台當班負責人告知我可以給我免費停車，此處理方式無法接受，因此拒絕；
9.另外入住時連房費一起收了5000元按金，但是退房時沒有給我確認有無任何消費，直接告知我可以走了，既然收了按金為什麼不與客人確認消費？什麼時候退還按金也不説，毫無星級酒店的體驗；
10.此次入住差到極致
11.嚴重投訴前台當班一位女負責人，沒看到名字 有拍照

哈爾濱新開的英迪格 就在中央大街裏面 位置很好 裝修跟房間用品包裝很有當地特色 可能是剛開的原因 樓層仍然有一些味道 衹有一個餐廳 早餐也是固定搭配中西兩種 東西不多 中餐基本是全碳水主食類 大早上不建議上韭菜盒子 弄點麪條類的比較好 電視台的頻道比較少 海外頻道沒有 鳳凰衞視星空台 channelv 也都沒 牙膏是迷你高露潔 給升級了江景房 風景很好 餐廳外面有露台 傍晚可以坐坐很舒服 客服人員的態度還是很好的 一直虛心要建議 個人感覺比栗子強 位置跟房間裝修更好些 畢竟新

9樓大堂辦理入住時的小莊kaya服務非常熱情瞬間打消了陌生感，辦理退房的Christina小王服務也非常熱情！這趟入住刷新了我對高端酒店的期待，既有百年建築的底藴，又有現代服務的温度。下次帶家人來哈爾濱，一定還選這裏！

角房半城半江，沒有突兀的噪音，睡的很好～枕頭好評！
衞生：淋浴間 浴缸 衞生間都是分區的，新開業哪裡都是新新的很乾凈，洗衣送回也很速度
服務：開心開心開心！點贊客户經理王文麗Christina Wang還有禮賓主管許傳樑Carl Xu服務細心，讓我們第一次來到東北就貼切的感受到了熱情～幫我推薦附近的美食還有手繪的地圖，相遇也是旅行體驗的一部分～
總體來説很開心，體驗不錯，冬天還要再來一次

這次入住英迪格酒店的體驗堪稱完美，從下車到退房全程都讓人倍感舒心。
酒店位置太便利了，就在中央大街上，周邊美食、便利店一應俱全，出門打車或坐地鐵都很方便。最驚喜的是房間細節，床品柔軟得像雲朵，認床星人居然一夜無夢到天亮，隔音效果絕佳，完全聽不到外界雜音。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，連拖鞋都柔軟防滑，每個細節都透着用心。
服務更是沒話説！前台小莊kaya熱情又高效，快速辦理完入住，小李mason看到我們帶了行李立刻上前幫忙搬運。下次來哈爾濱我還會選擇這家酒店！
