The hotel was actually OK. After all, it was a bit old. It opened in 2017, but it was much better with carpet. Overall, it was OK, but the service efficiency was not high enough. We called to send a few bottles of water at night on the first day of check-in, but they were never delivered. We called again early the next morning, but they were still not delivered, so we bought water ourselves. Other things were actually OK.
